I am an experienced organisational development practitioner, coach, researcher, and educator with a deep commitment to using evidence-informed practice to support meaningful social and organisational change.
My research focuses on the power of coaching-based interventions to shift unconscious bias — exploring how reflective, neuro-coaching can foster greater self-awareness and enable more inclusive behaviours in real-world organisational contexts. This work is grounded in a robust understanding of cognitive science, neuroscience, and coaching psychology, and is directed toward changes that the individual is able to recognise in themselves and that translate into real shifts in interactions with others.
In 2025, I completed a Master of Arts in Neuro Coaching with Distinction, with a research thesis titled Can Neuro Coaching Change Unconscious Bias?. An academic article based on this research is currently in preparation for peer-review publication.
With over 20 years’ experience across leadership development, organisational development consulting, and large-scale change initiatives in complex environments, I bring a systemic perspective to all my work. I have partnered with organisations across resources, government and not-for-profit sectors to deliver culture change, capability uplift and transformation programs.
I have a particular passion for work that supports diversity, equity and inclusion outcomes — creating space for brave conversations that lead to genuine behavioural change in individuals, while also addressing the organisational systems that shape everyday decision making.
Alongside my organisational research, I am writing You Are Not Your Bias,a book focused on the personal development aspect of transforming unconscious bias.
